Monday-Thursday: 6:00a - 8:00p
Friday: 6:00a - 7:30p
*Closed weekends
(Everyone must be out of the facility 10 minutes prior to the closing time) 

InterContinental Hotel Gym is available during select times to Caregivers only.  For more details and access to InterContinental contact Eric Zatchok -zatchoe@ccf.org

Open to Caregivers, spouses, dependents 16 and older, clinic patients (with referral), and retirees. 

EHP and Non-EHP memberships available.

Amenities:

  • Locker Rooms with showers and daily use lockers.
    (You can also rent a locker for a year: $60)

  • Variety of Cardiovascular equipment

  • Weight Room with machines and free weights

  • Heated Pool 

  • Indoor and Outdoor Track

  • Group Fitness Classes included in the membership
    Parking Free for 3 hours
