Improve your balance and stability with core focused routines.

Join for classes based on guided foam rolling, specific muscle groups, and more.

At Cleveland Clinic Fitness Centers, members can participate in a variety of group exercise classes. Classes range from high-intensity to low-impact, including yoga. 

Participants are not permitted to hold bikes or other equipment for friends who are not present.
