The video libraries below contain practices that are all led by a fellow Cleveland Clinic Caregivers with yoga and/or meditation certifications. These will be updated regularly, so there is always something new to try!

Weekly, live and virtual. Ongoing self-help support.

Meditation Monday: 12:15 - 12:45 pm EST

 Fitness Friday: 10:00 - 10:30 am EST

 Yoga Therapeutic Chair Monday - Level 1: 7:15 - 7:45 pm EST

  Tuesday - Level 1: 12:15 -12:45 pm EST | Wednesday - Level 2: 12:15 -12:45 pm EST |

Thursday - Level 3: 12:15 -12:45 pm EST

All sessions will be held via the Webex platform. All offerings are FREE, but registration is required.
