Cleveland Clinic Fitness Centers
For memberships to Walker, CCAC (Beachwood), BOC (Independence), Fairview, Hillcrest, and Mercy Main Hospital only:
Access to CC Fitness Centers and CC Akron General LifeStyles via EHP is not permitted at the same time.
Mercy Hospital and Mercy North Canton are separate memberships.
Members cannot float between these sites or to Lifestyles locations.

Akron General LifeStyles Fitness
For memberships to LifeStyles in Bath, Stow, Green and Express:

Medina Community Recreation Center (MCRC)

All family members interested in joining must register together (16 and older).
3. Keep in mind there is a visit requirement attached to the MCRC membership. Inquire directly at the email above.
In conformity with current IRS rules and regulations, the value of your fitness center membership and other wellness programs are generally considered taxable income and reportable on your Form W-2. This applies to contracted vendors, such as Medina County Recreation Center.
Mercy Health & Fitness-North Canton only
